Can I arrange help with luggage or a child seat?
Yes. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange suitable assistance. An additional escort inside a building is arranged separately and may be free or carry a charge agreed in advance.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one; availability and suitability need to be confirmed. Tell us the child's relevant seat requirements.
