London City Airport has a separate paid Pick Up zone; the forecourt drop-off is not a place to wait. Agree your meeting point and contact arrangements with KB Cars. If you and your driver cannot find each other, our office can help.

Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge are distinct District line stations; Imperial Wharf is a separate rail station address in SW6. They can help identify the part of Fulham you are travelling to, but are not default private-hire destinations.

Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the complete party and load together, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for lighter loads; an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV can suit a larger party. Ask the office about a Mini Van or Luxury vehicle by enquiry.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and meeting point. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
If you need to change the journey, ask the office to agree the change and any revised charge. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged; acknowledgment alone is not acceptance of the change.
