Southern links Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. These are airport-end connections, not a complete Barnes itinerary: plan the local leg and how you will handle luggage at each interchange.

YOUR BARNES DESTINATION
The right address and approach
Barnes and Barnes Bridge are separate stations. Barnes station is on Station Road, SW13 0HT and is listed as step-free category B1; Barnes Bridge is on The Terrace, SW13 0NP and is category C. If a station is your destination, name the one you mean. For a home, hotel or office, give the full booked address instead.
Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists. This can affect an approach involving the bridge, so share your exact destination and any access details with the office.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Give us the full booked address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops. Barnes and Barnes Bridge are useful transport alternatives, not the default destination for your private-hire journey.
What luggage details should I provide?
Give us the passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the complete party and load, not just the number of seats. Compare the vehicle options above and ask the office to confirm a suitable arrangement.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. Contact the 24-hour office if you need help with the arrangement; no app installation is required.
Can I get help with my bags or getting to the car?
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable arrangement.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable.
