KB CARS · PRE-BOOKED PRIVATE HIRE
Pre-book with KB Cars for a direct journey from Gatwick to your Berrylands address. Get a quote for your flight, destination and vehicle needs, with a 24-hour office to help plan your arrival.
YOUR JOURNEY QUOTE
Your quote reflects the terminal, date and time, destination, vehicle and agreed extras. Tell us your flight details, Berrylands address, passenger count and luggage so we can price the journey you need.
Airport parking and chargeable waiting are separate from the fare. Discuss the meeting plan and applicable charges with the office so you know what is included. Prepayment may be requested for an airport collection outside London.
ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Agree where to meet and where you are going, so your driver can collect you at the right terminal and take you to the right door.
Give us your flight number, arrival date and time, and whether you land at North or South Terminal so we can coordinate your pickup. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. A name board can be provided if arranged. Agree the meeting details with the office and give us a contact number; the office can help if you and the driver cannot find each other.
Give us your home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any extra stop. Your booked destination is the address you need, not a station used as a transport reference.
Considering the train instead? Gatwick’s railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern connects the airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria, while Gatwick Express runs to Victoria. Plan the onward connection to Berrylands, the final walk and how you will manage your luggage; this is not a direct door-to-door journey.

Vehicle illustrations show classes; a particular model is not guaranteed. Larger or unusual arrangements need confirmation from the office.
BERRYLANDS · KT5
Berrylands station is at Chiltern Drive, Berrylands, Greater London, KT5 8LS, and South Western Railway is listed there. It is a useful rail reference, but your car can be booked to your actual home, hotel or office.
National Rail classifies Berrylands as step-free category C. If comparing rail with a direct car journey, consider station access, the interchange, luggage and the final walk to your address.
KB CARS
KB Cars has operated since 2008. Tell the office your addresses, flight details, passengers and luggage when arranging your journey.
GOOD TO KNOW
Practical answers for your arrival and onward journey.
Yes. Book the journey to your Berrylands home, hotel or office rather than just the station. Give us the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. An accompanying carer needs a seat too; the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the scope and any cost with you.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Request a quote online or call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed. Calls answered in under 30 seconds on average.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
