Give us your flight number, arrival date and terminal, plus a mobile number so we can coordinate your pickup. Gatwick has North and South terminals. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Agree the meeting details with the office; a name board can be provided. Gatwick's Express pickup areas are separate airport options, where drivers must stay with their vehicles.
Give us the full address and postcode for your home, hotel or office, with any entrance notes or extra stops. The office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Taking the train instead? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; a free inter-terminal shuttle connects North Terminal. Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria, while Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Plan your interchange, final Isleworth leg and luggage: these are airport-end connections, not a direct through journey.

Tell us the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags alongside the passenger count. Include pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can agree a vehicle for the complete party and load.

Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation of a car.
