How do passengers and luggage affect my vehicle choice?
The vehicle must suit the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV can suit a larger party.
Give the office your passenger count and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I travel with a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's relevant height, weight and seat requirements so it can confirm the arrangement and any charge.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Describe the help you need when booking so a suitable driver can be arranged.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
