KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Give us your contact details and ask if you would like a name board. Express pickup is a separate airport option: the driver must stay with the vehicle.
Give the full Raynes Park home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any extra stops. The station is not the default destination for your private hire journey.
Considering the train instead? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and Victoria, Thameslink serves London Bridge and other central London stations, and Gatwick Express runs to Victoria. Plan any changes, your luggage and the final leg to Raynes Park separately.

YOUR RAYNES PARK DESTINATION
If your onward plans involve a station, distinguish Raynes Park station on Coombe Lane, SW20 0JY, from Wimbledon Chase station on Kingston Road, SW20 8JT. They are different stations, even though both are in SW20.
Raynes Park station is classified as step-free category B3. For a rail journey, check the relevant platform access and current assistance information, particularly with heavy cases. For your private hire transfer, name your actual destination and entrance.

Give us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the complete party and load together, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry. The office can help confirm a suitable choice.
Contact the office if your arrival plans change so the meeting can be coordinated. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable arrangements and costs for your booking. Airport parking and pickup tariffs are separate from the KB Cars fare.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable driver can be arranged. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps coordination.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable.
