Private hire or rail via Clapham Junction
A pre-booked car takes you from your chosen Raynes Park address to the Gatwick terminal you name, without a separate trip to a station.
For rail, Southern connects Clapham Junction with Gatwick Airport. You still need to plan the Raynes Park-to-Clapham Junction leg for your travel date; this connection does not establish a direct train from Raynes Park.
- Gatwick railway station is at South Terminal; use the free inter-terminal shuttle for North Terminal.

Yes. Your pre-booked private-hire journey starts at the address you give us, not at a station unless that is your chosen pickup. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops.
How do passengers and luggage affect my vehicle choice?
The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchairs or unusual items.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Discuss the complete load with the office. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange assistance or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need; guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Arranging assistance in advance helps us coordinate a suitable driver. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost separately.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask us to arrange one. Give the office the child's age, relevant size and seat requirements so availability, suitability and the charge can be confirmed.
