Choose the right Hammersmith station
Hammersmith’s District and Piccadilly line station is on Hammersmith Broadway, W6 8AB. It is separate from the Hammersmith & City and Circle line station on Beadon Road, W6 7AA. Check your route and terminal before setting off.

Practical answers for your airport departure.
Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Your transfer starts at your booked address. The local stations and bus station are public transport alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Can I arrange help with luggage or mobility?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs when booking.
If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the arrangement and any charge separately. For assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
