Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they pay it for you.
ARRIVAL AT HEATHROW
The office helps plan your collection, while your driver takes you on to your chosen destination.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. By default, the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing; you can arrange a later entry before pickup. Agree the meeting option with the office, including any name-board request.
If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Time spent waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
We can take you to your home, hotel, station or another Hammersmith address. Give us the full address and postcode, any entrance or access details, and any extra stops.
Need help with your arrival? Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, we can agree the arrangements and any cost. Heathrow asks passengers to arrange airport assistance through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.

Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; Heathrow parking is payable separately. Give the office your flight and terminal so we can agree the meeting option, including any name-board request. Otherwise, a pickup place is arranged before or just after arrival. If you cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office about large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and unusual items so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and agree the arrangement and cost before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver about the delay so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Later entry is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting; agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can take you to your home, hotel or another Hammersmith destination. Give the full address, postcode and entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your quote request.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If the destination airport or journey changes, the office must agree the change and any revised fare.
