BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Set a suitable pickup and airport arrival target for your flight.
Give us your home or hotel address, postcode, entrance and any access notes. If referring to a station, be specific: Hammersmith's District/Piccadilly station is at Hammersmith Broadway, while the Hammersmith & City/Circle station is on Beadon Road. If your approach involves Hammersmith Bridge, it is closed to motor traffic.
Share your flight number and the time you want to reach London City Airport for check-in. The terminal forecourt is a drop-off area; vehicles must not wait or be left unattended there. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of their bags, including pushchairs or unusual items. The office can help match the combined load to a suitable vehicle.

A pre-booked car takes you from your W6 home or hotel to London City Airport without carrying cases to a station or changing services. Choose a vehicle with enough room for your party and bags.
London City Airport has its own DLR station. The airport identifies Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal as interchange points. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal; a further connection is needed. Use TfL journey planning for your travel date and allow for the Hammersmith leg, changes and walking with luggage.

Yes. Your pre-booked pickup is from the Hammersmith home or hotel address you give us, not automatically from a station. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops.
Give us the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, along with the passenger count. Mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can check the vehicle suits the whole party.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the arrangements and any cost with you.
