YOUR HAMMERSMITH DESTINATION
The right address, and a public transport alternative
Hammersmith has two distinct Underground stations: the District & Piccadilly station at Hammersmith Broadway, W6 8AB, and the Hammersmith & City station on Beadon Road, W6 7AA. If a station is your destination, specify which one; for a home, hotel or office, give the full address instead.
Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists. If it affects your last leg, tell us the exact address and any walking or luggage considerations.
For a public transport alternative, take the DLR from London City Airport station. Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal are interchange points. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal, and requires a further connection. Use TfL's planner for your travel date and allow for changes and the final walk to your Hammersmith destination, particularly with luggage.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Book your transfer to your Hammersmith home, hotel or office using the full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any additional stops; the stations are public transport alternatives, not a default private hire destination.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss the full load with the office before choosing.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need in advance where possible so a suitable arrangement can be made; this does not affect assistance you are entitled to receive.
An escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; discuss the task and any charge with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travelling as luggage does not mean the passenger can travel seated in it.
