Tell us your travel date, flight details and when you want to reach the airport for check-in. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. If the approach to your address involves Hammersmith Bridge, let us know: it is closed to motor traffic, although pedestrians and cyclists can cross.
Give us the passenger count and luggage, including suitcase and cabin-bag sizes, pushchairs and unusual items. Seats and luggage space need to work together.
Approaching Luton Airport On the airport approach, follow the Pick Up/Drop Off signs at the roundabout before the tunnel rather than relying on old satnav routing.

A pre-booked car collects you from your agreed Hammersmith address for your Luton Airport departure. By rail, you first need a local journey to a London station and then a connection from Luton Airport Parkway to the terminal.
Thameslink serves Parkway from St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge. East Midlands Railway's Luton Airport Express runs from St Pancras to Parkway. Neither train enters the terminal: take the DART from Parkway, and select Luton Airport (LUA) when buying a combined rail-and-DART ticket.

Choose for passengers and luggage together, not just the number of seats. Consider an estate for extra luggage or an MPV for a larger party. Tell the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so we can discuss a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance. Give the relevant child and seat requirements so availability and suitability can be confirmed; discuss the charge when booking.
