Agree where to meet and how to contact the driver or office. Luton’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal; drivers should follow airport signs at the roundabout before the tunnel. If you cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with entrance details and any additional stops. If your destination is a station, specify which one.
Considering rail instead? The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway, which is a separate railway station. Thameslink connects Parkway with St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway’s Luton Airport Express connects Parkway with St Pancras. Select “Luton Airport (LUA)” for a combined rail-and-DART ticket, and plan your onward Hammersmith leg, including walking and luggage.

Hammersmith’s Underground stations are distinct: the District and Piccadilly line station is at Hammersmith Broadway, W6 8AB; the Hammersmith & City line station is on Beadon Road, W6 7AA. If a station is your destination, give its line and address.
Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists. If your journey involves the bridge, give the exact destination so the office can consider the car approach.

Yes. Your private-hire transfer can take you from Luton Airport to your booked home, hotel or office address in Hammersmith, with any additional stops agreed in advance.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags. Include pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can match the vehicle to the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. If the proposed meeting point is difficult to reach, discuss a workable alternative with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
