If you choose a station as your pickup, distinguish Hammersmith Broadway for the District and Piccadilly lines from Beadon Road for the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines. Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists, which matters if your approach involves the bridge.
Give your travel date, flight number and the time you need to reach Stansted Airport for check-in. Allow for your airline's check-in requirements and the journey from your address when deciding your pickup time. Specify Stansted Airport, not Stansted Mountfitchet.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can help select a vehicle for the combined load and discuss any access or assistance needs.

Choose according to the whole party and its combined luggage, not the seat count alone. Tell the office how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, including any pushchairs or unusual items.
An estate offers more luggage space; an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury vehicles are available by enquiry, so discuss your requirements with the office.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task with the office, which will agree the arrangements and any cost. An accompanying carer also needs a passenger seat.
