Confirm the meeting point and contact arrangements with the office. Stansted lists Short Stay Green and Blue as pickup parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
We can take you to your booked home, hotel, office or other address. Give the full postcode and entrance details, and tell us about any additional stops.
Considering the train? Stansted Express connects the airport with Liverpool Street, for onward Underground and Elizabeth line connections. Tottenham Hale connects with the Victoria line; the Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale. You will still need to plan the local leg to your Hammersmith address, allowing for changes and luggage.

THE HAMMERSMITH DETAIL
Hammersmith has two distinct Underground stations: the District and Piccadilly station is at Hammersmith Broadway, W6 8AB; the Hammersmith & City station is on Beadon Road, W6 7AA. If a station is your destination, specify which one; otherwise give your full home, hotel or office address.
If your destination or meeting point is near the river, Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists. Include the full postcode and access details so the office can plan the right approach.

Yes. Book your full Hammersmith address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station is only the destination if that is where you want to go.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. Passengers and luggage must fit together, so the office can help you choose a suitable vehicle.
Ask the office to confirm the parking and waiting terms for your booking. Waiting can be chargeable, and airport parking should not be assumed to be included. The office can explain the applicable costs and arrangements before you book.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London; the office will agree the terms with you.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge.
