Heathrow parking is not included in the fare. You normally pay Heathrow’s own car-park charge at the terminal pay station on exit, or repay your driver if they have paid it. It is only rarely added to a card payment.

Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you want a later meeting, arrange it before pickup. If the aircraft, immigration or baggage delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.

Give the full Barnes home, hotel or station address and any entrance or access details. Include any extra stops when arranging the journey.

Choose the right Barnes destination
Barnes and Barnes Bridge are different stations: name the one you need if your journey ends there. For a home or hotel, give the full address and access details rather than just “Barnes”. Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic, which can affect an approach involving the bridge.

- If station platform access matters, National Rail lists Barnes as step-free category B1 and Barnes Bridge as category C. Check the relevant directions and assistance information for your journey.

How do I find my driver at Heathrow?
Request meet and greet inside Arrivals and your driver can meet you with a name board, at no extra service charge. Heathrow parking is payable separately. Alternatively, agree a pickup point with the office before or around your arrival; give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option.
Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one when booking. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so it can confirm suitability, availability and cost before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
What if immigration or baggage takes longer?
Tell the office or your driver if you are held up. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting, even outside the terminal, so this does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Can the journey finish at my home or hotel?
Yes. Your Heathrow transfer can finish at your Barnes home or hotel. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote, and include any additional stops.
What if my flight is cancelled or diverted?
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If the airport or destination changes, the new journey needs office agreement and a revised quote where appropriate.
Can I arrange help with luggage or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss passenger boarding and luggage space as well. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the arrangement and any cost.
