YOUR QUOTE
Your fare is quoted for the journey you request, including the destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight number and terminal, passenger count and luggage when you enquire.
Heathrow parking is not included in the fare. You normally pay Heathrow's price at the terminal pay station, or repay the driver if they pay; it is only rarely added to a card payment. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms: agree these when booking.

Our office helps arrange the meeting and onward journey, with flight checks before and after dispatch.
The office checks your flight's arrival time before dispatch; your driver tracks it afterwards. Give us your flight number and terminal: Heathrow has passenger terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing, then waits at arrivals. If you want a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Provide your full home, hotel, station or other destination address and postcode, with entrance and access details. Tell us about any additional stops when requesting your quote.
Choose how to meet Request a name board or meet and greet inside arrivals when arranging your transfer. Meet and greet has no extra service charge, though parking is separate. Otherwise, we can advise on a meeting option and arrange the pickup place before or around your arrival.

Your exact home, hotel or venue address helps us plan the final approach. If you are travelling on by rail, name the station and give the entrance or access details that suit you and your luggage: Brentford and Kew Bridge are different railway stations, while Boston Manor is a separate Underground station. Kew Bridge is not Kew Gardens.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another meeting option with the office before or around your arrival. Airport parking is payable separately. Give us your flight number and terminal, and contact the office if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements and agree the arrangement before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver about the delay so the driver can enter the terminal later, helping to limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your home, hotel or another agreed destination. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details with your quote request, and include any additional stops.
Your booking can move to your new flight without a charge for the flight change. Tell the office the new details; if the change means a different airport or journey, the revised arrangement needs office acceptance and the fare will reflect the new journey.
