YOUR TRANSFER QUOTE
Your quote reflects the Heathrow-to-Cheam direction, exact destination, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras—not an outward fare copied in reverse. Tell us your flight number and terminal, passenger and luggage counts, extra stops and any access or vehicle needs.
Heathrow parking is separate from the transfer fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they pay for you. It is only rarely added to a card payment. Waiting may also be chargeable; agree the applicable terms when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
We check your flight and help arrange a meeting that works for your arrival.
Heathrow’s passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5; check the terminal for your flight. Our office checks the flight against its arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place before or just after your flight arrives. We can advise on the options and stay in touch around arrival. If you would like a name board, ask when arranging the meeting.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver about a hold on the runway or delays at immigration or baggage, so the driver can enter later and help keep parking costs down.

YOUR CHEAM DESTINATION
Cheam addresses can be in SM2 or SM3. Give the full home, hotel or venue address and postcode, plus the entrance or access details your driver needs. A landmark can help identify the destination but should not replace its address.

Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option; parking remains payable separately. Ask for a name board if you would like one.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; agree the arrangement and any cost before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed, including by a runway hold. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting outside rather than inside, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can arrange the onward drop-off at your home, hotel or venue. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote, and include any additional stops.
Your booking can move to your new flight free of charge. Contact the office with the new details. If the change means a different airport or journey, the office must accept the change and will provide a revised quote where appropriate.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding needs and luggage space with the office.
