From work and family visits to appointments and evenings out, KB Cars arranges pre-booked private-hire journeys to and from Cheam. Our 24-hour office can help with the route, extra stops and return, and help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Choose a saloon for an ordinary journey or discuss an estate for extra luggage. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles. Passenger numbers and luggage must be considered together, so tell us about suitcase sizes, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items when enquiring.
JOURNEY OPTIONS
Plan a station connection, airport transfer or local trip with the return that suits you.
Cheam station is at Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, Cheam, SM2 7AJ. Tell us whether you are travelling to or from the station, your train details and the entrance or meeting point so the driver can meet you lawfully and safely.
For a journey to or from an airport, give us the collection address, flight number, terminal, required arrival time, and passenger and luggage details. If your flight or destination changes, ask the office to accept the new arrangement and confirm any revised price. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
For an appointment, shopping trip or evening out, you can contact us when ready for a car, subject to availability; reserve the driver to wait; or agree a separate approximate return. Waiting is chargeable under agreed terms. A separate return does not retain the outward driver, and if you are delayed, contact the office as waiting or changes may affect the cost.
MEETING POINTS
Share the full street address, building or venue name, entrance and the time you need to be there. Put any guest or gate instructions in the private booking details. If a proposed point cannot be used safely or lawfully, the office and passenger can agree a workable alternative.
For an event at Nonsuch Mansion, the enquiry address is Nonsuch Park, Ewell Road, Sutton, SM3 8AL, but it does not identify a driving gate. Ask your host which gate or entrance to use and when guests should be ready for collection.

Confirmation, assistance and travelling with children or animals.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
If plans change, the booker or authorised contact should ask the office to accept the new details. The office will confirm any revised charge and send confirmation of the accepted change; receipt of a request is not acceptance. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.
Yes. Tell the office about limited walking, entry needs, bags, a folding wheelchair or an accompanying carer so we can discuss a suitable driver and a lawful, workable meeting point.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. Required disability assistance is not conditional on advance notice. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, and any charge is agreed for the actual task. KB does not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles or promise lifting.
Yes. Bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one before travel; give the child's age, relevant height, weight and seat requirements so availability, suitability and any charge can be confirmed.
Declare ordinary pets so a suitable car and driver can be arranged. An extra charge may apply, although animals in carriers usually have no extra charge. Assistance dogs are handled separately under applicable duties.
