YOUR PADDINGTON ARRIVAL
Allow time to move through the station and reach your departure area, then agree a station-arrival target with our office.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Network Rail lists the APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and says waiting is not permitted at the drop-off. Give us your train departure details and the earlier time you want to arrive at the station.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12 and recommends arranging assistance in advance. Tell our office about your mobility needs too, so we can plan the car journey separately from your railway assistance.
YOUR LOCAL PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your agreed SM3 address in Cheam or North Cheam and takes you to London Paddington. You do not need to make a separate journey to a local station with your luggage.
Cheam railway station is nearby, but its address is in SM2. For a pickup from home or another SM3 address, give the office the full address so the journey and quote reflect your actual starting point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven or more seats.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN JOURNEY
A return from London Paddington to SM3 can be arranged separately. Give the office your train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number; we will agree the car meeting point with you.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Paddington recommends arranging staffed assistance in advance.
Tell our office what help you need for the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
