Start from the right address
Your pre-booked car collects you from your agreed SM3 address, so there is no need to make a separate journey to a rail station with your luggage. If you need help inside Victoria Coach Station, assistance can be arranged separately.
Cheam Library on Church Road is in SM3, while nearby Cheam railway station is at Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, SM2 7AJ. Give the office your exact pickup address rather than relying on a place name alone.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also available to request. The office can discuss seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Give the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle needs to accommodate the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN TO SM3
Arrange your return collection
For a separate return from Victoria Coach Station to SM3, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point with you; the outward drop-off does not establish your return meeting point.
If your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement. A requested change is not complete until it has been accepted and confirmed; changes or waiting may affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, travel date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your coach service and required station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; contact your coach operator to arrange the help you need inside. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell the office about your mobility and luggage needs so suitable help can be arranged. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance; advance notice does not remove any assistance required by law. An optional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
When is my car booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
