Yes. Tell the office what help or child seat you need when arranging your journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an extra escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one. Provide the child's age, relevant height and weight, and seat requirements so availability and suitability can be confirmed.
