Ask KB Cars for a quote based on your collection, destination, travel date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Tell us your flight, passenger count and luggage so we can discuss the right arrangement.
Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Ask the office about waiting and airport parking costs and what is included in your quote; airport tariffs and public-transport prices are separate from the KB Cars fare.
FROM LANDING TO ARRIVAL
Agree the airport meeting and your onward destination with our office.
Give your flight number, arrival date and terminal so we can coordinate your collection. Gatwick has North and South terminals, so use the terminal for your arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Discuss the meeting and contact arrangements when booking; a name board can be provided if requested. Our office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the entrance, access details or any stops. If you are near Cheam Library or Cheam station, identify the actual destination rather than relying on the area name.
Taking the train instead? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. This covers the airport connection, not the whole journey to Cheam: plan your onward changes, walking and luggage.

Cheam Library is on Church Road, Cheam, SM3 8QH. Cheam station is at Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, Cheam, London, SM2 7AJ. Use the actual destination and postcode when booking: the station's address does not define the postcode of every Cheam address.

Yes. Book the full destination address and postcode, with the entrance and any additional stops. A station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not the default destination for your private hire journey.
Give the number of passengers and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The vehicle must suit the party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for lighter loads; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can be considered for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry. Discuss the complete load with the office.
Request a quote online or call our 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888; you do not need to install an app. The quote sets out the journey and price, and KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not booking confirmation.
Prepayment may be requested for an inbound collection outside London. If your plans change, ask the office to agree the change and any revised charge; a request alone does not mean the change has been accepted.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. An accompanying carer also needs a passenger seat.
