For the railway station, Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection and Terminus Place for set-down only; the office confirms your car arrangements.

From your SM3 address to Victoria
A pre-booked pickup starts at your address in Cheam or North Cheam, so you and your luggage do not need to make a separate journey to a local station first. You will still need to make your way through Victoria to your departure area.
Nearby Cheam railway station is on Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, Cheam, SM2 7AJ. It is a separate starting point from your SM3 home address, so use the actual pickup address when requesting your car.

COMING HOME
Arrange a separate return to SM3
For a return from London Victoria to SM3, give the office your arriving train operator, service origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. Ask the office to confirm the accepted revised collection and any change to the charge. Waiting may be chargeable; ask about the applicable terms.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time.
Request a quote through the contact page or call 020 8870 8888. An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car; KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs when planning the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the actual task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
