Agree passengers and a coordinator
Tell us the passenger count, names where needed and who is authorised to request changes. Mention vehicle preferences, bags and any walking or access needs so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Choose a return arrangement
If the finish time is uncertain, call when ready, reserve a driver to wait, or book a separate approximate return. A ready-call is subject to availability; reserved waiting is chargeable under agreed terms.
When the roster changes The booker or authorised contact should send the changed details to the office. Acknowledgment of the request is not acceptance: wait for confirmation of the accepted change and any revised charge. One update does not automatically change every future journey. For an urgent change, call if your message has not been acknowledged.

For Cheam Library, give Church Road, Cheam, SM3 8QH. For a connecting journey from Cheam station, give Station Approach, Upper Mulgrave Road, Cheam, London, SM2 7AJ: the station is a neighbouring point outside SM3.
An address identifies the point, not permission to enter private land or stop in a restricted place. If the proposed point cannot be used, our office and passenger can agree a lawful, practical alternative, taking any walking needs into account.

Can several colleagues travel from SM3?

What happens if the shift finish moves?
You have three return options. Call the office when ready and a car can be arranged subject to availability; reserve a driver to wait on agreed chargeable terms; or book a separate approximate return and contact the office if delayed. Waiting or changes can affect the cost of a separate return, which does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle. Do not assume an existing return has changed until the office accepts the change.
Can an employer arrange the team’s journeys?
Yes. An employer can coordinate bookings and agree who may request changes. Ordinary card or cash bookings are available; an account application is reviewed and accepted separately and does not automatically provide credit.
For an approved account, monthly billing and credit terms are agreed at approval, along with authorised bookers and billing details. Account jobs receive operational priority and a contact, not a guarantee of immediate arrival.
