Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs, and agree the arrangement before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party. Ask the office about the applicable seat charge.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, including when a plane is held on the runway.
Waiting outside is still waiting, and later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. The transfer can finish at your home, hotel or another Earlsfield address. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include additional stops in your enquiry.
Your booking can move to your new flight free of charge. Contact the office with the new flight details so the collection can be rearranged. If your journey changes, such as to a different airport, the office must agree the change and any revised fare.
