Your quote reflects the Heathrow terminal, East Sheen destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight, passenger numbers and luggage so we can arrange the right journey.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out or repay the driver if they pay it for you. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
ARRIVE AND MEET
From your flight check to the meeting point, our office helps plan your collection.
Give us your flight number, terminal and travel date. The office checks your flight’s arrival before dispatch; your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a name board or meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge. Otherwise, agree a pickup place with the office before or just after your flight arrives. Airport parking is separate.
If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or your driver. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs; waiting outside is still waiting.
When does the driver enter? Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing, then waits at arrivals. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. This is an operating aim, not a promise that you will be ready or met at that exact time.

Give us the full home, hotel or venue address, postcode and any entrance or access details. If your destination is a station, name it: Mortlake station is on Sheen Lane, SW14 8LN, while North Sheen station is a separate destination on Manor Road, TW9 4QA.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or agree another pickup point with the office. Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option. Airport parking is payable separately.
Choose your vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV provides more passenger seats but using them can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height or weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver about the delay so the driver can enter the terminal later and help limit parking costs. Time spent waiting outside still counts as waiting; it is not unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address and postcode, with any entrance or access details that will help the driver find the right place. Include additional stops in your journey details.
Contact the office with your new flight details. Your existing booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the new journey uses a different airport or destination, the office must accept the change and provide a revised quote where appropriate.
