Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own rate. Pay at the terminal pay station when leaving, or repay your driver if they pay it.
ARRIVAL PLAN
Your flight, meeting arrangement and exact destination help us plan a smooth onward journey.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it once assigned. Request a name board or discuss the best meeting option with the office. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, bags or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.
Give the full address and postcode, plus the entrance and any access details. For a station destination, name the exact station rather than relying on TW7 alone.
If your flight is cancelled or diverted Contact the office with your new flight details. Your booking moves to the new flight without a change charge. A different airport or destination requires office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.

A full home, hotel or station address helps your driver finish in the right place. Isleworth station is on London Road, Isleworth, TW7 4BX; Syon Lane station is a separate destination at Syon Lane, Isleworth, TW7 5NT.

Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Give the office your flight number and terminal and ask for a name board if you want one. Otherwise, a pickup place can be arranged before or just after your flight arrives. The office can advise and help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one when booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office your child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements. Ask about the charge and agree the arrangement before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but the driver is still waiting outside. Waiting is not unlimited or automatically free, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. A folding wheelchair travels as luggage where suitable; KB Cars does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
