Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one when you book. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster; give the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so the office can confirm suitability and availability.
Allow space for the seat and any pushchair, and agree the arrangement and cost before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book, including your Isleworth home if that suits you. The local stations in the public-transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
