ARRIVAL PLAN
Our office can help arrange the meeting and onward journey.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks your flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it afterwards. Request meet and greet inside arrivals, with a name board if useful, or agree another pickup place before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.
Give us your exact destination and any extra stops. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed car: your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.

A home, hotel or station needs its own precise finish. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, rather than just saying Kensington. If travelling to a station, name it explicitly: High Street Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) are different places.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or agree another pickup place with the office before or around arrival. A name board can be requested; airport parking is payable separately.
Give us your flight number and terminal so the office can advise on the meeting. If you cannot find your driver, contact the office for help.
Choose the vehicle for your passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV has more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The office can help confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one before travel, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so the arrangement can be agreed.
Options to request include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party; confirm the applicable charge with the office.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs, including if your plane is held on the runway. The driver is still waiting outside, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your home or hotel; provide the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details for the quote. Include any additional stops in your journey details.
Contact the office with your new flight details. A cancelled or diverted flight can be moved to the new flight on the same booking without a change charge. If the new journey requires a different airport, the office must accept the change and will quote for the revised journey where appropriate.
