Tell us your airline, flight number and terminal, and agree a pickup time that allows for your airport arrival target. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight; follow your airline’s own requirements.

Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space to consider than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; agree the seat and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when considering space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from your booked address. A station can be an alternative starting point for public transport, rather than the default private-hire pickup.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange it through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
