FARE AND PARKING
Your quote reflects the Heathrow collection, exact destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight, passenger numbers and luggage, as well as any stops or vehicle preferences.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at Heathrow’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they have paid. It is only rarely added to a card payment.
HEATHROW COLLECTION
Your flight and meeting preference help our office plan the pickup around your arrival.
Give us your flight number, terminal and arrival date. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. We can advise on the meeting option; request a name board or meet and greet inside arrivals if useful. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or an aircraft hold you up, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.
We can take you to your home, hotel or venue. Give the full address and postcode, including the building, flat or entrance and any access instructions, so the driver can find the right drop-off.

Notting Hill Gate, Holland Park and Westbourne Park stations are distinct locations. If a station is your destination or reference point, name it explicitly rather than just saying Notting Hill.

Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; Heathrow parking is separate. Give the office your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option. Otherwise, a pickup place is arranged before or just after your flight arrives.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one. Give the office your child’s age, relevant height or weight and seat requirements; confirm suitability, availability and the charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms, so agree those when booking.
Yes. We can arrange a drop-off at your home, hotel or venue. Give the full address, postcode and entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your quote request.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If the airport or journey changes, the office must agree the revised arrangement and quote the fare for the new journey.
