Set a clear pickup point and airport arrival target for your flight.
Give the building number, entrance and any access instructions for your home pickup. Notting Hill Gate and Holland Park are separate station locations, so a broad area or station name is no substitute for the actual address.
Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight. Check your airline’s requirements first, then tell us your flight time and intended airport arrival time when arranging pickup.
Give us your flight number and the terminal shown by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; the right terminal matters for the journey and quote.

Public transport is an alternative to a pre-booked car, but your starting station and the journey to it matter when travelling with luggage.
Holland Park Underground Station is on Holland Park Avenue, W11 3RB. If using it as your public-transport starting point, consider how you will reach the station with your bags.
Notting Hill Gate Underground Station, W11 3HT, is a separate starting point. Compare public-transport connections from the station that suits your address and flight, rather than assuming the same route applies throughout W11.

These records cover 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2026 across our measured Heathrow work. They show experience arranging early airport journeys, not an on-time performance score.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster; give the office your child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements and agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; a return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from the address you book, including your home if that is where you want to start. Stations are public-transport alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can agree the task and any charge separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and space for a folded chair and other luggage.
