Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting. Heathrow parking is separate, and our 24-hour office can help if you cannot find your driver.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; confirm the arrangement and any charge before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
Cancellation is free before the driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or late notice, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, however, and later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your Petersham home, hotel or venue. Give the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details, and include additional stops in your request.
Contact the office: your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the pickup airport or journey changes, the office must agree the new arrangement and provide a revised quote where appropriate.
