Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or European flight; check your airline’s requirements. Tell us your flight time and arrival target so the office can discuss your home pickup time.
Check the terminal shown by your airline for your particular flight. Heathrow has passenger Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, with different approaches, so include your flight details when booking. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair or unusual items, so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements. Agree the seat and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from your booked address, including your Petersham home if that is where you are starting. Richmond Station is an alternative for a public-transport journey, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable arrangement. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so travel seated in a wheelchair is not available.
For assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or travel agent at least 48 hours before flying.
