Heathrow terminal parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the car park pay station on the way out, or repay the driver if they pay it. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
From your flight to your SW20 destination, the office can help arrange a practical meeting and suitable vehicle.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Request a meeting inside arrivals with a name board, or arrange another meeting place with the office. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you need a later meeting, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so terminal entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside still counts as waiting.
Give us your exact Raynes Park destination and any entrance or access instructions. Include additional stops and tell us about large cases, pushchairs or mobility needs so the office can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or at late notice, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking; later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting.
Yes. Give us the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details for your quote. Include any additional stops so the office can agree the journey and its price.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details to request the change; the revised arrangement needs office acceptance. If it means a different airport or journey, the fare will reflect that revised journey.
