Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and the seat needed; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Allow space for the seat and any pushchair when choosing your vehicle.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book, including your Raynes Park home. The local stations are public transport alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
