Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they have paid it for you.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
Our 24-hour office can help agree a meeting arrangement and answer questions about your journey or changes.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks your flight’s arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. Request a name board if helpful; we can advise on the meeting options. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later meeting, arrange it before pickup. If the runway, immigration or baggage delays you, tell the office or driver so they can arrange later entry and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
Give us your full St Margarets destination address, postcode and entrance details, along with any planned stops. If you are going to St Margarets (London) station, name it explicitly.

St Margarets (London) station is on St Margarets Road, Twickenham, Greater London, TW1 2LH. It is a different station from Twickenham, so please specify which you need.

Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Give the office your flight number and terminal so we can advise on a meeting option. Otherwise, a pickup place can be arranged before or just after your flight arrives. If you cannot find your driver, contact the office for help.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV adds passenger seats; using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and the seat needed; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting outside, so this does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can take you to your home, hotel or another St Margarets address. Provide the full address, postcode and entrance or access details, and include any additional stops in your enquiry.
Your airport pickup booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new flight details; if the airport or destination changes, the revised journey needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
