Route 490 serves Heathrow Terminal 5 from relevant stops. Check how to reach a suitable stop and the service for your travel date; it is not a direct option from every St Margarets address.
St Margarets station
St Margarets station is on St. Margarets Road, Twickenham, TW1 2LH, and is separate from Twickenham station. It is served by South Western Railway; National Rail classifies it as step-free category A. Check connections to your terminal and current assistance information before travelling.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV adds passenger seats but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster; give us the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so the arrangement can be agreed before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when considering space.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your particular flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book: your home or a station if you prefer. Specify the actual pickup point; local stations in the transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup.
Can I arrange help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange suitable assistance. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair travels as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and space alongside your other bags. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the arrangement and any cost separately. For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange this through their airline or travel agent at least 48 hours before flying.
