Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they have paid it for you.
ARRIVAL AT HEATHROW
The office and your driver help coordinate your arrival, from your flight check to your meeting point.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight against its arrival before dispatch; your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; parking remains separate. Otherwise, the office will advise on a pickup place and stay in touch before and around arrival. Request a name board if you would like one.
If you are held on the runway or delayed at immigration or baggage reclaim, tell the office or driver. The driver can enter later to help limit parking costs; waiting outside is still waiting.
When does the driver enter? Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after your flight lands. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup; the driver can enter at the agreed later time to help keep parking costs down.

Give your full home, hotel or venue address and postcode so the driver has the right finishing point. If your destination is Teddington station, it is on Victoria Road, Teddington, Greater London, TW11 0BB. Nearby Fulwell station is in TW2 and is a different destination.

The office will advise on a meeting option using your flight and terminal, and stay in touch before and around arrival. You can request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Ask for a name board if you want one.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers a different luggage arrangement from a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you have a pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office your child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and agree the arrangement and charge before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before the driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but time spent waiting outside still counts as waiting. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree those terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Contact the office with the new flight details. Your existing booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. If the new flight changes the airport or destination, the changed journey needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
