Compare public transport
The SL7 stops on Teddington’s Broad Street and serves Heathrow Central. Route 285 also connects Teddington with Heathrow Central. Consider the walk from your home to the relevant stop and how much luggage you will need to carry.
Heathrow Central is not a direct stop for Terminal 4 or Terminal 5, so allow for the onward connection if needed. Broad Street and Teddington station are different starting points; a pre-booked transfer can instead collect you from your home address.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and agree the seat and any charge before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from the address you book, including your Teddington home. Stations mentioned in transport comparisons are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
