Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal car park on your way out, or repay your driver if they pay for you. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Our office helps coordinate your flight, meeting and onward journey. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight against its arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Ask for a name board or an inside meeting if useful; the office will advise on your meeting option.
If immigration, baggage collection or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs; waiting outside is still waiting.
Give the full home, hotel or station address, postcode and relevant entrance details. Tell the office about any additional stops so they can be included in your journey.

Vauxhall Underground is in SW8; Oval and Kennington stations are SE11 destinations. If you are heading to a station, name the one you need rather than assuming Vauxhall and Nine Elms are interchangeable. For a home or hotel, give the exact address and entrance details.

Meet and greet inside arrivals is available on request at no extra service charge; airport parking is separate. Otherwise, the office arranges a pickup place with you before or just after your flight arrives.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing to wait at arrivals. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup; this can help keep parking costs down. The timing is an operating aim, not a guarantee that you will be ready or met at that minute.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can help confirm a suitable arrangement rather than relying on passenger capacity alone.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and the seat needed; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs, including if your plane is held on the runway. The driver is still waiting even when outside, so agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Your transfer can finish at your home, hotel or a station. Give the full destination address, postcode and entrance or access details when requesting your quote, and include any additional stops.
Your existing airport booking can move to your new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details. If the airport or destination changes, the new journey needs office acceptance and may require a revised quote.
