BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Agree a pickup that gets you to the right terminal for your flight.
For a home pickup, give your full address, postcode and relevant access details. If you prefer a station pickup, name the station clearly: Vauxhall Underground is on Wandsworth Road, SW8 2LG; Oval and Kennington are separate SE11 stations.
Share your flight time and the arrival time recommended by your airline so you can agree a suitable pickup time. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight and two hours before a domestic or European flight; follow your airline’s requirements.
Check the terminal for your particular flight and include it in your booking. Heathrow’s passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Vauxhall Underground is in SW8; Kennington and Oval are separate SE11 stations. Vauxhall and Nine Elms are also different stations, so name your intended station if arranging a pickup there.
Public transport starts at a station, so consider getting there with your luggage and any walking or changes along the way. Check the journey for your travel date and Heathrow terminal.
Help with your departure A pre-booked home pickup starts at your agreed address. Tell the office about any help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. For airport assistance, contact your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV offers more passenger seats; using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items, so the arrangement can be confirmed.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat requirements; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal your airline shows for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Your pickup is from the address you book, whether that is your home or an agreed station location. Local stations are also public transport alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
