Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage planning.
Options include a rear-facing baby seat, a child seat or a booster. Agree the suitable arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is on the way. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver about the delay so later terminal entry can be arranged to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give us the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Contact the office with the new flight details. A cancelled or diverted flight can be moved to the new flight on the same booking without a charge for the flight change. If the new journey involves a different airport or destination, the office must accept the change and agree any revised fare.
Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a suitable folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us what help you need so we can coordinate a suitable arrangement; if you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office.
