KB CARS · WEST KENSINGTON TO HEATHROW

West Kensington to Heathrow transfers From your W14 address

Pre-book a private-hire car to your Heathrow terminal. Your journey-specific quote includes the airport’s terminal drop-off charge. Compare vehicles or contact our 24-hour office for a quote.

YOUR QUOTE

A quote for your Heathrow departure

Your fare reflects the actual West Kensington pickup, date and time, Heathrow terminal, passengers, luggage and vehicle choice—not a generic W14 estimate. Tell us about any extra stops or return plans you would like to arrange. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

Heathrow’s terminal drop-off charge is included in your quoted fare at the airport’s current rate, rather than added afterwards.

PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE

Plan your departure from W14

A little planning helps the office arrange collection from your address and drop-off at the right terminal.

Choose your pickup address

Give us your full West Kensington address and any relevant entry or meeting-point details. West Kensington, Barons Court and Kensington (Olympia) are distinct local points, so use the actual address rather than a station label.

Set your airport arrival target

Tell us your flight time and when you need to reach Heathrow. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or European flight; follow your airline’s own requirements when planning your collection.

Check your terminal

Use the terminal shown for your individual flight. Heathrow’s passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5; the airline and terminal finder linked below can help you check.

COMPARE YOUR OPTIONS

Home pickup or public transport?

Barons Court Underground Station on Pallister Road, London W14 9EA, is a local point for considering a Piccadilly line journey to Heathrow. It is distinct from West Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) stations.

Compare getting to and through the station with your luggage against a pre-booked car from your W14 address. The best choice depends on your bags, walking comfort and departure plans.

GOOD TO KNOW

West Kensington to Heathrow: common questions

Vehicle space, family travel and the details of your departure.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV offers more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.

Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?

Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; agree the arrangement and any cost before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair as well as your luggage.

What if I need to cancel my transfer?

Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.

Which terminal should I put on the booking?

Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; a return flight may use a different terminal.

Is pickup from my home or a station?

Pickup is from your booked address. The local station mentioned in the public transport comparison is an alternative starting point, not the default private-hire pickup.

Can I arrange help with luggage or airport assistance?

Yes. Tell our office what help you need so it can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the arrangement and any cost with the office. Heathrow asks passengers to arrange airport assistance through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
