Give full pickup and destination addresses, not just postcodes. Say whether you are travelling to Heathrow or being collected, and provide the terminal, flight number and flight time. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Give the date and collection time for each leg, including any return. Tell us the number of passengers, the sizes and number of bags, bulky items, and any vehicle or assistance needs. Peak travel can affect the quote.
FARE AND INCLUSIONS
Ask for the total and agree what it includes before booking. The journey fare, airport access or parking, and driver waiting are distinct costs. Airport parking is not driver waiting: confirm how each is covered and when waiting charges would start.
Heathrow terminal forecourts have charged drop-offs; they are not for collection or waiting. Near-terminal collections at Terminals 2, 3 and 5 use Terminal Parking. For Terminal 4, our office confirms parking and meeting arrangements separately for each booking.
COMPARE THE WHOLE JOURNEY
Direction, timing and vehicle space can change the price. Compare the complete arrangements and inclusions, not just the headline fare.
A departure involves a drop-off; an arrival needs a collection arrangement and may involve parking and waiting. A return quote should cover both legs, as their terminals, timing and inclusions can differ.
Choose space for passengers and luggage together. A saloon suits ordinary journeys; ask about an estate for extra luggage or a six-passenger vehicle for a group. Seven- and eight-plus-passenger options can be discussed with the office. Large suitcases, a pushchair or a folding wheelchair affect the space needed, so declare bulky items before the vehicle and quote are agreed.

Yes, we can carry a folding wheelchair in a suitable vehicle, but we currently have no wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair. Tell the office its folded size, your other luggage and any boarding or assistance needs so we can agree a suitable arrangement.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Let the office know what help you need in advance so we can arrange a driver able to assist.
An optional escort to or inside a building, shopping centre or flat depends on the task and may carry an agreed charge. Discuss the scope and any fee with the office; this is separate from required assistance.
Yes. You can bring and fit your own suitable seat, or ask KB to supply one by pre-booking. The KB-supplied seat offer is £3 for airport journeys and non-airport pre-bookings over £50. Seat availability and suitability must be confirmed, particularly for local and short-notice requests.
For non-airport bookings of £50 or less, check the price with the office. Give the child's relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and confirm suitability, the number of seats and the total seat charge before booking.
No. Free arrivals meet-and-greet does not include unlimited free waiting. It is offered, along with flight tracking, for airport-to-home and airport-to-university journeys. Confirm the waiting terms and any airport parking or access charges with the office before booking.
