Provide the full address and postcode for your home, hotel or other pickup point, plus the entrance and any relevant access details. High Street Kensington, South Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) are distinct locations, not interchangeable pickup points.

Allow time for your airline’s requirements and the journey to the airport; the office can discuss your pickup time. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. The airport-end rail destination is London City Airport DLR station. Canning Town, Stratford, West Ham and Woolwich Arsenal are DLR interchange connections. Custom House is an Elizabeth line interchange, not the airport terminal; a further connection is needed.

Yes. Your pre-booked private hire can start at your specified Kensington address. Give the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not the default car pickup.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry.

Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the relevant child and seat details, and ask about the charge.
