THE RIGHT LOCAL DETAIL
High Street Kensington, South Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) are different destination cues. High Street Kensington Station is in W8, while Kensington (Olympia) Station is in W14. Give us the property name, full address, postcode and entrance rather than relying on a station name alone.

Yes. Your private hire journey can take you to your booked home, hotel or office address. Provide the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops. Stations in the public-transport comparison are alternatives, not the default collection point for your car.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The office can help select a vehicle for the whole party and load, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; consider an estate for more luggage or an MPV for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
The booker or a designated authorised contact can ask the office to change the arrangements and agree any revised price. A change request is not accepted until the office confirms it. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged.
Yes. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office in advance what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made.
An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding needs as well as space for a folding chair.
