Your fare
Your quote is based on your actual pickup address, airport drop-off, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Ask the office what is included in the total, including any airport access or other charges.
Airport tariffs, rail tickets and DART tickets are separate products, not a KB Cars fare. Request a quote for your own journey rather than relying on a published airport charge.

Give the full house, hotel or apartment address and postcode, with the entrance and any access notes. High Street Kensington and Kensington (Olympia) are different locations, so use the exact booked address rather than a station name.
Share your travel date, flight number and the time you want to reach the terminal for check-in. The pickup plan can reflect your flight and road conditions rather than relying on one fixed journey time. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a vehicle for the combined load.
Travelling with children or need assistance? You can bring a suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one; give the relevant child and seat details so suitability and availability can be confirmed, and ask about the cost. Tell us about any help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.

A pre-booked car takes you from your Kensington address to Luton Airport, without a separate station leg or Parkway-to-terminal connection.
By rail, Thameslink serves Luton Airport Parkway from St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge. East Midlands Railway's Luton Airport Express also links St Pancras with Parkway. Parkway is separate from the terminal, so include the DART connection; select Luton Airport (LUA) for a combined rail-and-DART ticket.
The DART runs around the clock, but connecting trains have their own timetables. You will also need to plan your Kensington-to-station journey and allow for connections.

Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
